Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing company in Phoenix, AZ that is looking for a Customer Service Help Desk Representative to join their team. This is a Monday through Friday full-time IN-OFFICE position. Pay range $19.00-$23.00 per hour depending on prior experience.
As a Customer Service Help Desk Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers calling in needing troubleshooting assistance. You will manage a que-ticketing system related to troubleshooting, tier-I technical support for customer account issues, and general support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
This position serves as a key liaison between management and the technical team, helping to resolve complex issues and maintain system functionality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in technical support or IT operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service abilities.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and system integration practices.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably with help desk experience
  • Experience with written correspondence and live chat support.
  • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a dedicated workspace, secure internet, and a reliable phone line.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
