Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Confident and professional phone and email communication.
Basic knowledge of logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, and documentation is preferred.
Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs clearance, and shipping documentation will be an advantage.
Ability to coordinate with customers, shipping lines, transporters, clearing agents, and overseas agents.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to prepare quotations, invoices, shipping documents, and other logistics-related paperwork.
Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple shipments/tasks.
UAE logistics experience will be an advantage.
Age group: 21–24 years.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
