Customer Service Representative The primary responsibilities of this position will be to maintain and/or increase customer loyalty by supporting customers from ordering through delivery. Further, the associate is responsible for managing orders in an accurate, timely, and professional way About the job: Handles order processing, including receiving customer purchase orders (EDI, mail, fax), order entry within 24 hours, order changes/cancellations, and blocked order resolution. Supports customer requests, including order expedites, special shipments, stock availability checks, delivery updates, complaint handling (8D), and returns, credits, or debits. Builds strong customer relationships by proactively communicating delivery status, managing open order reports, maintaining regular customer contact, participating in customer-focused improvement projects, and providing backup support for other CSRs. Provides sales support by managing RFQs and quote renewals, coordinating pricing approvals with Product Management, maintaining price books, and distributing PCNs to customers. Reviews and improves order processing procedures, maintains customer data, and ensures quality-related information and requirements are properly communicated and addressed by relevant teams. About you: Graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer service-related environment is mandatory Excellent writing and verbal English language skills are required; 2nd and 3rd languages are a plus (Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, German, French) Basic/advanced knowledge of MS Office SAP and Material Resource Planning (MRP) system knowledge is preferred Working knowledge of quality standards (ISO/QS/TS) is preferred At Littelfuse, we support employee growth and development.
