WE’RE LOOKING FOR AN ON-SITE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY TO WORK IN RICHMOND, BC.

Our client is a well-regarded company with a strong presence in the warehouse and distribution sector. Known for its supportive team environment and commitment to service excellence, the company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a 6-week contract covering October 15 through the end of November. The CSR will be responsible for managing customer orders, supporting warehouse operations, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish
  • Monitor and respond to the CSR team inbox
  • Work with WMS and TMS systems to support warehouse operations
  • Provide administrative support to a team of 5 CSRs plus the Manager
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all order processing and communications

The successful candidate has:

  • 2+ years of customer service and order management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and punctuality
  • Experience using WMS and TMS systems
  • A reliable vehicle, as the location is not accessible by public transit

Compensation and benefits:

  • The discussed hourly rate is $20 – $25 depending on experience
  • Supportive team environment
  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
