The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of courriers and resolving the customers’ issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Know how to use Office (Excel, Word and etc.)
• Maintaining a commitment to quality and good attention to details.
• English language is mandatory. Chinese can be a plus.
