We are hiring for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing Logistics Account in McKinley, BGC Taguig, responsible for assisting customers with shipment-related inquiries, tracking deliveries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle concerns efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to logistics services Provide shipment tracking updates and delivery status information Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests in a timely manner Coordinate with internal teams (operations, dispatch, warehouse) to resolve issues Process orders, update records, and maintain accurate customer information Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional and courteous service Escalate complex issues when necessary At least a high school graduate Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience Must be conversant in both spoken and written English Amenable to work fully on-site in BGC Taguig Amenable to work on graveyard shift and shifting schedule Can start ASAP Virtual Recruitment Process Free HMO Free Dependents Night Differential Program Incentives Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
