About the Role
As the first point of contact for our National Contract customers, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service. This includes responding to inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online chat, while ensuring service levels and KPIs are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for National Contract customers, resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer requests accurately, meeting contractual KPIs and SLAs.
  • Maintain accuracy across multiple systems, ensuring end-to-end processes are completed.
  • Build strong relationships with customers through open and interactive communication.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies within commercial contracts.
  • Adhere to WHS and cybersecurity policies to maintain a safe and secure workplace.

About You

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, ideally within healthcare.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 and web-based systems.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
