What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and distributing patient reports accurately and efficiently
• Assisting with referrals and responding to patient and referrer enquiries
• Coordinating report amendments, validations and reviews when required
• Recording and managing compliments, complaints and feedback
• Providing administrative support across operations and marketing functions
• Occasionally supporting our clinic reception teams
