Role Overview: As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting with potential customers. This is an entry-level position, perfect for someone who is eager to gain experience in sales, communication, and business development. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to advance quickly within the company. What You’ll Do: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our energy solutions. Qualify leads and gather relevant information for the sales team. Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Communicate clearly and professionally with potential customers. Meet daily and weekly lead generation goals. Strong Fluent English Skills (verbal and written). Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Personal computer with a webcam and headset Access to high speed reliable internet and a quit place to work Work a fulltime schedule M-F, 1pm-8pm Pacific with optional overtime on Saturdays Weekly base pay with commissions Paid training upon completion and mentorship. This is a full-time freelance role with a base pay of $200 weekly + progressive commissions based on appointments set from your transfers. We also run regular contests and offer performance-based prizes. Our Openers are currently making around $400 weekly with commissions, with top performers making more than that! That’s US Dollars! Converted to pesos, that's $4,000 MXN on the low end to $7,500+ MXN per week, depending on the current exchange rate!
