Working hours: Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 06:05 PM, Saturday between 09:00 AM and 01:00 PM
Salary: 2,423 - 2,623 €/month at 40h/week (Fixed salary € 2,223/month + Language Bonus € 200/month + Performance Bonus up to € 200/month

• Damage assessment of defective electronic devices of our Dutch-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
• Increasing customer satisfaction by processing inquiries quickly and competently
• Review of the submitted claims for damages
