Description Magnolia Plumbing, Inc. Is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our company! Applicants must have at least 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, customer service environment where a large amount of phone calls were made/taken. We offer paid vacation, health insurance, 401K matching, profit sharing and Fort Totten metro accessible. Responsibilities: Field incoming calls in a timely manner. Meet daily call center goals which include but not limited to: Making 75 outbound calls Booking appointments Doing some cross sells Educate customers on additional services, products, and service plans, which include upselling to customers Always maintain a positive empathetic and professional attitude towards customers to build trust. Engage the customer to incite loyalty Provide World Class Customer Service Every day Collaborate in a team environment and enjoys a challenge in a fast-paced workplace. Requirements Must be proficient in Excel, MSWord and Outlook Excellent oral and written communications skills Provide great customer service by being motivated and energetic Multitask effectively and works well under pressure. Professional composure in varying situations Ability to work well with others
