Isidore Landscapes Inc. has been designing, installing, and maintaining landscapes in the Lower Mainland
since 1994. We’ve built strong working relationships with construction companies, home builders, and
landscape architects. Our technical expertise allows us to interpret, create, install, and maintain varied and
complex landscape designs for all types of landscape projects.
Due to rapid growth, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team and
support our Landscape Maintenance Division.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

 Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (required)
 Basic horticultural knowledge (1 years preferred)
 Landscape maintenance experience (3 years preferred)
 Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
 Strong communication and problem-solving skills
 Physically capable of lifting 40–60 lbs regularly
 Reliable, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
 Able to work independently and travel to job sites as needed
 Valid BC Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Customer Service Representative in our Maintenance Division, you’ll be the main point of contact for
clients—managing inquiries, providing quotes, coordinating with crews, and ensuring high-quality service
delivery. Your role will be key in maintaining strong client relationships and supporting smooth daily operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide professional and helpful customer service by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and
guiding clients through our landscaping services.
 Prepare clear and accurate pricing estimates and service quotes for landscaping and maintenance
projects.
 Conduct site visits, surveys, and inspections as needed.
 Meet with clients to understand their needs, explain available services, and ensure expectations are
clearly communicated.
 Coordinate with the maintenance and operations teams to ensure timely and successful project
delivery.
 Act as the main point of contact between clients and maintenance crews, ensuring all project details
and client preferences are clearly shared.
 Follow up with client’s post-service to ensure satisfaction and explore future service opportunities.
 Provide accurate, honest feedback to management and team leads.
 Ensure compliance with company policies and local safety standards.
 Support and supervise maintenance crews, ensuring quality standards are met.
 Perform hands-on landscape maintenance duties when needed, including mulching, shrub pruning,
weed control, and lawn care.
