Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 salary, plus comprehensive benefits
Our client, a Chicago-based manufacturer of laboratory faucets and safety equipment, is seeking a strong Technical Customer Support Representative to add to their team! This position will work closely with the sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams to support all facets of B2B customer interaction.

• Field all incoming calls and emails
• Answer questions and provide technical support
• Generate price quotes and job bids when needed
• Enter large volumes of Purchase Orders as they come through
• Process incoming customer orders
• Work closely with the shop floor to meet outgoing delivery requirements
• Resolve any installation or after-sales issues; general troubleshooting
