JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join the Wholesale Division of a manufacturing client in Waterbury.
In this position, you will handle customer orders, provide product support, and assist in sales development activities. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of our wholesale business.

Responsibilities
  • The Customer Service & Sales Support Representative will enter and process wholesale customer purchase orders
  • Send order confirmations and respond to customer inquiries and concerns
  • Support the Wholesale Team Leader in sales outreach, including phone communication, sending literature, and tracking samples
  • Maintain accurate customer records, pricing details, and shipping information in our system
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, QC, Production, Purchasing, Marketing) to provide product information, specs, certifications, and pricing
  • Follow up with current and past customers to explore new sales opportunities
