JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a service-minded and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team in Silkeborg to cover a maternity leave.
As part of our Danish/Norwegian Customer Service team within Danfoss Climate Solutions, you will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experiences and smooth operations.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to impact customer satisfaction while collaborating with colleagues across Danfoss globally.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure a seamless and professional customer experience by handling inquiries, resolving issues, and actively supporting our customers while staying ahead of their expectations.

Your key tasks include but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing the entire customer journey, from inquiry to resolution, ensuring high service levels.
  • Maintaining close communication with customers via phone and email to understand their needs and expectations.
  • Investigating and resolving logistic issues and customer complaints in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer requests are handled effectively.
  • Fulfilling job responsibilities aligned with given KPIs while continuously identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
