The McGrath Family of Dealerships is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Powersports team! You will work with our interested clients over phone and email to answer basic questions and help set them up with a sales person on our staff. Hours: Tuesday-Saturday Responsibilities: * Answer incoming customer sales calls and set appointments. * Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, phone, and live chat scripts and templates. * Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. * Present initial financing options based on customer needs. * Establish relationships with customers that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show. * Participate in team and process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management. * Utilize CRM tracking system daily. Qualifications: * At least one year previous experience in strong customer service role. * Team player attitude. * Prompt and courteous. * Enthusiastic personality. * Must have strong computer skills.
