BILINGUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Harlingen, TX
Type: Temp-to-Perm based on performance
MEMCO is seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Harlingen. In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with their needs, and provide clear directions when required. This position requires strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Previous sales experience – Preferred
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
