When our customers have a vessel down or equipment out of service, every minute matters. Your job is to make sure no opportunity gets missed.   Your responsibility is simple: * Respond fast * Filter the noise * Route correctly * Protect opportunities from getting missed   You will handle: * Inbound calls * Web leads * Inbound chats * Abandoned carts * Customer follow-up activity   You will also protect sales reps from: * Non-sales calls * Unsupported-product inquiries * Low-value interruptions   This is NOT a traditional customer service role.
