Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the best service and support. You will interact with customers both in person and over the phone, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a friendly and professional manner. This position also involves handling financial transactions, so comfort with money and attention to detail are essential.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle various customer interactions simultaneously.
