WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2 or more years of related experience in an office setting in customer service, dispatching, project coordination, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Proficiency with basic computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Data Entry skills of 40 WPM or higher
  • Organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls and providing excellent service to both homeowners and commercial clients
  • Schedule and dispatch service calls, coordinate maintenance visits, and manage follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records and keep our database current
  • Log warranties and rebates, and provide customers with timely updates on service lead times
  • Use ServiceTitan daily to manage scheduling and communications
  • Work independently and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations
