Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for arriving customers. You will assist in supporting our efforts to consistently exceed customer and client expectations by delivering a superior customer service experience across the country.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be bilingual(English and French)
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends and other shifts, as needed
  • Beginner to intermediate computer knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team-oriented environment

Responsibilities
  • Greet, welcome, and assist customers with questions or inquiries
  • Process customer transactions using various payment methods quickly and accurately
  • Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
  • Support customers with the use and navigation of parking facilities and equipment
  • Validate all defective tickets before allowing customers to exit the premises
  • Maintain the customer service booth tidy and organized throughout the shift to ensure efficiency
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager
