We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to be the friendly voice our customers rely on during emergencies, maintenance calls, and everything in between.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Answering inbound calls and responding to emails with professionalism and empathy
• Scheduling drainage engineers for call-outs, routine maintenance, and inspections
• Logging and updating customer queries and job details accurately in our system
• Providing clear communication between clients and our field teams
• Helping to maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the service journey
