Description
Monte Package Company, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work onsite at our warehouse location in Boynton Beach. The Customer Service Rep will answer inquiries on customer accounts, oversee the completeness and accuracy of orders, and investigate any issues and find resolutions in a timely manner. They will serve as the liaison between the sales staff and the customer. This position is FT on-site M-F in Boynton Beach. Responsibilities: * Professionally assist phone and walk-in customers with sales and inquiries * Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency * Obtain freight quotes and prepare Bills of Lading for outbound shipments * Quote and arrange full truck load and less than truck load shipments on a regular basis * Manage item data and implement price adjustments, as needed * Provide support to the Accounts Receivable team * Monitor and track incoming and outgoing shipments for completeness and accuracy * Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent required * Minimum of 2+ years of customer service experience * Experience in produce packaging is a plus * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel within a Windows environment * Familiarity with Microsoft Great Plains highly preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Proven ability to multitask, solve problems, and make sound decisions * Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service * Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred  So, what are you waiting for?
