MTE Logistix LP - Calgary is looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager (CSM), this exciting opportunity is responsible for performing administrative and specific order functions, ensuring daily success with transactions in a timely and accurate manner. Through effectively and efficiently managing priorities, the CSR is a key contributor to the achievement of the department’s operational deliverables.

Wage: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour.
Schedule: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

· Develop and maintain positive client relationships through clear and concise verbal and written communications in areas including but not limited to product volumes, shipping and receiving, and extended service opportunities.
· Accurately, effectively, and efficiently manage client account inventory, stock location and lot or date-code control.
· Review warehouse returned orders, ensure accessorial charges are captured and investigated, and report product damages or shortages to management.
· Effectively communicate and coordinate service issues or delays to customers and rush orders and product arrivals to the CSM and warehouse supervisors.
· Produce reports, summaries, and overviews of records to the CSM and other duties as assigned

Must-have:

  • Minimum Grade 12 Diploma or GED with one (1) year experience in an administrative role. Preference given to applicants with a Business or Logistics Administration diploma or certificate.
  • Demonstrated proficiency creating accurate spreadsheets and reports and proven experience in the Microsoft Office suite - specifically must be strong in Word, Excel and Outlook and have working knowledge of Teams.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and able to interact professionally with all levels of stakeholders. Must demonstrate efficient and accurate data entry skills.
  • Must have proven time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Competent at adhering to standard operating and safety procedures and policies e.g., inventory management, stock location control, loss prevention processes, and damage procedures

  • 3PL experience in a fast-paced environment
