My Baggage is a door to door Luggage Shipping company based in the UK, we ship for tens of thousands of customers each year to over 200 countries and territories worldwide. We are based in the Titanic Quarter, Belfast, N. Ireland.
My Baggage is a young, exciting and expanding online business. We have a relaxed office environment with a stocked kitchen, regular social events and are a member of the cycle to work scheme.
You will be working in a fast-moving online business. Your main responsibility is to assist customers with any problems or questions they may have. You will be interacting with customers via telephone, email, live chat and also managing online and telephone orders. There are no sales or cold calls.

Location: Belfast, 85 Sydenham Road, BT3 9DJ
Hours: 40 hours a week
Holidays: 30 days of paid holidays + 1 extra day per year of service
Working hours: Our office is open 8 AM to 12 midnight 7 days a week.
Working Hours to be confirmed at interview to suit applicant and business.
