What You’ll Do Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Manage customer orders through multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Act as a liaison between Sales and internal departments to keep everything moving. Research and recommend solutions to customer inquiries, partnering with Purchasing and manufacturer reps. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (call center or account management experience is a plus). Strong communication skills and a professional, positive attitude. Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
