We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in the electrical manufacturing industry. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our external customers, supporting inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from enquiry to delivery. You’ll work closely with internal departments such as sales, accounts, and logistics to meet customer expectations with accuracy and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A levels/ AS Levels or higher.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the main contact for external customers, responding to product inquiries, order status updates, lead times, and technical questions.
  • Process customer orders, quotes, and returns accurately using order management systems.
  • Communicate effectively with production, accounts, and logistics teams to track and expedite customer orders.
  • Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently, including delivery concerns, product discrepancies, or service complaints.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships through timely, proactive communication.
  • Provide customers with product availability, pricing, and technical documentation when required.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and service issues in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on outstanding customer orders or support tickets to ensure completion and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support customer account management and project needs.
