Nelson Animal Hospital is hiring a full-time Client Care Specialist. Our family owned and operated practice located in beautiful Burlington is excited to be adding to our team of enthusiastic, compassionate, and motivated people! We require someone with excellent communication and above and beyond customer service. Previous experience working in a veterinary hospital is preferred. Other medical office experience and exceptional customer service experience will be considered.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting clients and their pets upon arrival
• Answering phones
• Placing, receiving, and managing orders
• Processing payments
• Maintaining Hospital Cleanliness
• Restraining animals for procedures such as IV catheter placement, blood collection, nail trims, etc.
• Caring for clinic and boarding pets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
