EXPERIENCE

  • Provide outstanding customer support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer requests or feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using project management software.
  • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while communicating with clients.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
  • Process customer payment transactions accurately when required.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and streamline processes.
  • Data entry of sales orders into project management and ERP systems.
