THE ROLE:
As a Customer Service Representative with Kao’s Salon division in Norway, you’ll respond to of all local customer contact with Kao about multiple brands, such as Goldwell, KMS, Oribe and Varis. You’ll ensure that every contact is dealt with in a professional and timely manner in line with our Kao values. In this important role, you’ll help us learn through monitoring customer contacts and reporting on trends you see. You’ll collaborate with Sales teams on queries, and be able to offer strong product knowledge across our brilliant salon ranges to answer enquiries knowledgably and leave customers with the feeling that they have experienced a premium customer service.
This is a permanent, full-time job to be based in our Oslo office with an option to work remotely. Fluency in Norwegian is essential with a desire to speak another Nordic language.
