REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the print industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of paper types, grain direction, and GSM specifications.
  • Hands-on familiarity with digital printers and production workflows a strong asset.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency with order management systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire order cycle, from entry through to delivery tracking.
  • Plan, prioritize, and coordinate customers order to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Monitor daily production workflow and adjust priorities for maximum efficiency.
  • Accurately enter orders into our software system and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Provide proactive updates to customers on order status, delivery timelines, and any changes.
  • Liaise with suppliers: issue purchase orders, track incoming materials.
  • Assist with general administrative and operational tasks to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
