Description Customer Service Representative OGD® Overhead Garage Door is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team at our headquarters in Fort Worth, TX. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing an excellent experience for prospective customers and setting appointments for technicians to help grow our business. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers Schedule appointments and coordinate with the appropriate departments to ensure timely service Address customer complaints and escalate issues as necessary Maintain accurate records of customers and interactions Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction Stay up-to-date with product/service knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Provide administrative support to other departments as needed Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or appointment setting (Preferred) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong phone presence and ability to engage with potential customers Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM and other sales tools Must be able to work in the Fort Worth, TX area Must have reliable transportation We offer competitive pay and benefits packages, including health insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance, as well as a laptop.
