As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience through accurate communication and problem-solving. You’ll work cross-functionally with internal departments, vendors, representatives, and distributors to support order management and customer satisfaction.
This position is full-time and on-site in Painesville, Ohio.
