LOCATION: ST HELENS HOSPITAL

Our client, a leading provider of integrated facilities management and infrastructure solutions, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy helpdesk environment on a FM contract team in St Helens.
The Customer Service Representative will provide a variety of administrative duties for the management team to enable more efficient service to the client.
The primary focus will be to effectively organise and coordinate all operational administration such as reporting, filing/documenting, logging, and call handling.

Responsibilities
  • Issuing jobs to engineers
  • Updating the CAFM system with progress on jobs
  • Providing support to the team and the client
  • Logging calls and tracking updates on reactive works on site
  • Ensuring all job details are accurate and complete
    Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
    Pay: £14.30 per year
    Expected hours: 20 per week
