OneFortyOne is a trans-Tasman business that owns and manages softwood plantation forests and operates sawmills in Australia and New Zealand. We produce and distribute timber and forest products across Australia, New Zealand and internationally.
Our products are predominately used in the construction of residential homes; however, we also supply to the packaging and agricultural sectors. As the manufacturer, we support major buying groups as well as independent customers across the various sectors.
We’re currently looking for a positive, proactive and people focussed Customer Service Representative to join our Wood Products Team.
The Role:

Working closely with the broader sales and customer service team, you will be responsible for fostering the relationship between internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and informed advice is delivered to your designated portfolio of customers. The successful candidate will also be responsible for:

  • Developing strong relationships with customers built on care, trust and a ‘can do attitude’.
  • Proactively managing customer demands by coordinating availability of stock and transport.
  • Communicating with influence, upholding our brand as market leaders as the first point of contact.
  • Being a subject matter expert, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Driving collaborative synergies between the Customer Service, Sales and Transport teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

YOU:

  • Have experience in a customer service-oriented role, are competent with the Microsoft Office suite of products and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders.
  • Are good at building healthy workplace relationships; you generate positive outcomes through communication and collaboration, adapting your style to different situations and people, encouraging others to thrive.
  • Are calm under pressure, humble in your approach, treat others with respect and deliver on promises made.
  • Are organised and self-motivated with exceptional time management skills, using initiative to deliver outcomes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Have a high level of self-awareness and are open to giving and receiving honest feedback, proactively looking for ways to improve.
  • Can uphold and contribute to a safe working culture.
    Training and support will be available for the successful candidate as well as offering a modern office, close to public transport with onsite secure parking and a supportive experienced team who are eager to share their knowledge.
