Description
The Role Reporting to a Team Leader, the Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for engaging with customers, banks, valuers and other key stakeholders to progress a valuation request through to completion. The CSR works in a Contact Centre environment and is primarily responsible for engaging with customers to book in valuation appointments, manage the progression of valuation jobs and to ensure that the valuer has the information they need to complete their work. The Customer Service Representative will: • Manage and prioritise a queue of valuation jobs to be assigned to valuers within a defined period of time • Schedule valuation appointments • Engage with customers and other stakeholders via the telephone, e-mail and text message • Manage and prioritise a range of back office tasks related to the progression of a valuation job through to completion • Utilise Opteon and other systems in the completion of their tasks About you We are seeking candidates who thrive in a busy, fast paced environment and demonstrate: • Confidence and professional verbal and written communication skills, • A high degree of accountability and the ability to make decisions effectively, • Ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads, • A positive and professional manner, • Strong attention to detail, and • A High degree of computer proficiency Opteon is an international provider of valuations, advisory and specialist property services in the Australian and New Zealand market.
