Customer Service Representative – Order Desk

Stewart Foodservice Inc. is seeking to hire a skilled Administrative professional with a focus on Customer Service to support the growth of its fast paced Barrie office. We want to be able to offer our customers the best sales experience possible, do you enjoy helping and supporting customers!
The candidate should be self-motivated and comfortable switching gears between administrative tasks and hands-on tasks as well as handling a broad array of responsibilities.
Under the supervision of the Office Manager the position performs a variety of customer service, order desk, and reception functions. These duties include but are not limited to providing an excellent customer experience for our customers, supporting the order desk team with additional time sensitive tasks, aiding sales management with administrative duties, and assisting with reception responsibilities.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
This position requires the incumbent to possess a high level of flexibility regarding work schedules, positional duties/responsibilities and weekend and public holiday support.
