We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative/Order Packing Assistant to join our team and help us empower others to be ready for anything.
This unique position offers the opportunity to have the variety of both desk work and physical work. Shifts are Monday to Friday during regular daytime business hours, but there is potential for flexibility of hours within those days.

Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries in person, over the phone, via email and chat.
  • Support our sales representatives with clerical duties such as quote creation, data entry and invoicing.
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer needs promptly and professionally.
  • Complete shipments by packing products, building kits and processing orders.
  • Preserve a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
  • Communicate any potential safety, order, or inventory concerns or discrepancies promptly.

The Must-Haves:

  • A friendly, people-oriented personality with a passion for helping others.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A valid BC drivers license
  • At least 2 years of work experience, office or warehouse experience an asset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • A positive attitude and adaptability in a dynamic team environment.
  • The ability to lift up to 50 pounds and able to be on your feet for extended periods of time.
