Location: Philippines Schedule: CST Salary: $1,200 - $1,500 USD/month A rapidly growing, locally owned pest and wildlife control services company is seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and the voice of the brand. This role plays a key part in the organization’s success, with a focus on creating positive customer experiences through clear communication and excellent service. You will educate prospective customers, address their needs, and close sales, contributing directly to the company’s growth. Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for existing customers, handling inquiries related to scheduling, billing, and issue resolution Act as the first point of contact for new customers by educating prospects on services and pricing, clearly communicating company policies, and confidently converting inbound leads into new customers Maintain accurate customer records and generate custom reports within the CRM system Communicate regularly and effectively with field technicians, support staff, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations Follow up on open inquiries, scheduled appointments, and unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction Adhere to internal processes, service standards, and response time expectations to deliver consistent, high-quality customer support Prior customer-facing experience is required; inbound sales experience is preferred but not required Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong time management abilities Experience using CRM systems is required (Salesforce or ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Highly detail-oriented with a strong desire to learn, help others, and take on new challenges confidently Graphic design, social media, or marketing experience is a plus, but not required Must have a reliable computer and a quiet, professional home workspace suitable for phone calls Candidates must work exclusively in this role and cannot hold any other jobs during their employment.
