Role Description This part-time Executive Administrative Assistant role is a hybrid position based in Munich, with some flexibility for working from home. The Executive Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to leadership, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing documents and presentations. The role involves handling phone calls and emails, maintaining records and filing systems, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The individual will help coordinate internal and external meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on executive priorities. This position requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with international teams.

  • Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support senior leaders and manage complex schedules.
  • Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, emails, and interactions with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and basic record management.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation tools) and comfort learning new tools and systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, demonstrating reliability, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in an international or technology-focused organization is beneficial; fluency in English and German is required, and additional language skills are an advantage.
