Responsibilities  Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills  Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions  Conduct data entry accurately into our systems, maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions  Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities to promote additional products or services that meet client needs  Collaborate with CSR Department manager and CSR team members to improve call center processes and enhance overall customer experience Experience  Previous call center experience or customer support roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates  Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve our diverse clientele effectively.  Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills for data entry and documentation  Demonstrated ability to handle high call volumes efficiently while maintaining quality service  Experience in sales or upselling techniques is advantageous but not mandatory  Ability to analyze customer needs quickly and provide appropriate solutions with confidence Starting pay reflects entry-level skills, with higher compensation available for candidates with advanced experience. Applicants must have at least 3 years of office experience and be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and Outlook. HVAC experience is preferred. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
