The Customer Service Representative for Radiology Billing provides effective, courteous customer service by forming a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via email, mail or telephone with customers or company employees. *The work shift for this position is 8:00am - 12:00pm PST, Monday - Friday. This is a sedentary role, sitting and/or standing and working at a computer for a minimum of four (4) hours per day as a part-time employee. Answers patient phone calls, resolving issues in one phone call. Opens ARR inquiries as needed and returns phone calls once ARR is answered to resolve issues in one phone call. Reports collection agency payments right away. Generates correspondence to resolve customer disputes. Documents every phone call. Accepts and performs other work as assigned by Customer Service Lead, Customer Service Supervisor, Regional Business Manager or Executive Team. Qualifications Required Education and Experience High School education or associate degree or equivalent from college or technical school. Two years of related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two years of experience working in a call center and/or customer service. Preferred Education and Experience Experience in the medical billing field. Computer operating systems experience in Windows 7 or Windows 10. Computer software programs in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to type and use a 10-key accurately. Job Type: Part-time
