Duties:
- Respond to customer requests, both by email and telephone in a timely and professional manner
- Process customer requests in the Warehouse Management System
- Collect and enter data into databases and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic mathematical calculations to ensure data accuracy
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic, ensuring easy retrieval of information
- Assist with order entry and processing tasks as needed
- Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and scheduling appointments
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Transcribe information from various sources accurately
Skills:
- Proficient in data collection and entry techniques
- Strong understanding of basic mathematical concepts
- Experience working with Excel functions
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, printers, scanners, etc.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
