JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in a pallet manufacturing setting. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Jr. Office Administrator, Facilities Manager, and all management to provide prompt, exceptional service and support in a professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a customer service role would be nice but not required.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
  • Self-starter and strength in multi-tasking.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
  • Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Preferred: Some experience in QuickBooks
  • Able to work 3 days a week minimum.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn are key attributes for success in this role.
