• Valid driver’s license.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, and listening).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service-oriented with the ability to multitask.

• Support team members in daily operations and client interactions.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs.
• Market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including:

• Responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

• Assist with marketing initiatives and campaigns to support business growth.
• Perform accurate and timely data entry for client records, policy updates, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with the Agent and Team to establish and meet marketing goals.
