Description
Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, updating and managing customer data, and resolving issues with accuracy and efficiency. Work closely with a full-time Customer Service Representative and an Inside Sales colleague based in Hovås, as well as a backup Customer Service colleague in France. Support customers with product and service questions via email and telephone calls Open new customer accounts and update existing accounts Enter orders Initiate corrective action, when necessary, to resolve complex customer requests or needs Provide assistance and guidance on customer web-portal Handle credits and various invoice questions Answer shipping questions and other logistics assistance Process master data and client lists accurately Excellent customer service skills Strong oral and written communication skills Experience with multiple IT platforms, proficiency with Email, Excel, Word Ability to deal with data that is of a sensitive and confidential nature Attention to detail Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Effective decision-making skills coupled with the ability to problem solve Ability to track errors and escalate to other departments Fluent in Swedish and English Ability to work independently Results driven
