Administrative Support: Manage scheduling, phone calls, data entry, filing, and maintain organized reception and waiting areas. Record & Payment Management: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, process payments, and handle billing or transaction inquiries. Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with veterinary and support teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent client service.
