We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Customer Service (Call Centre) Representative to join our Customer Service team in Langley, BC.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for answering incoming customer phone and e-mail inquiries and will work closely with internal stakeholders to provide our customers with timely and accurate responses. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills. No sales required!
The call center operates 7 days a week. Shifts are scheduled two weeks in advance. All successful candidates must be available to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, based on business requirements.

Our full-time position requires 5 shifts (8 hours) between the operating hours of:

  • Monday to Thursday from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm
  • Friday to Sunday from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

You will be responsible for:

  • Resolving and tending to customer comments, questions, concerns and requests by telephone and email.
  • Documenting and tracking compliments, complaints, requests for assistance, product, and service inquiries.
  • Teaching customers how to use our websites and phone apps.
  • Working closely with our Ecommerce Team Leads and Personal Delivery Assistants to resolve customers concerns regarding online shopping orders.
  • Applying credits to accounts for missing and returned products and resolving billing issues.
  • Providing support for the Bulk Gift Card program and reception coverage.

You have:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • The ability to type a minimum of 50 WPM.
  • Previous call center experience is an asset.
