We are looking for an individual who can represent our commitment to customers and community and help us build on it. The Customer Service Representative position belongs to someone who is a professional, customer-orientated individual with excellent communication skills. They possess a friendly attitude and a knowledge base in the automotive industry.

• Greet and advise customers ensuring every interaction is memorable and positive
• Assist in customer inquiries over the phone, through face-to-face, internet and email submissions
• Monitor workflow to maintain communication between shop schedule and customer’s vehicles
• Complete intake and discharge of customer vehicles
• Receive and process payments from customers and provide estimates when necessary
• Keep and maintains records pertaining to customers’ orders
• Help to keep shop clean/maintained
• Other tasks as discussed and assigned
