Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, requests, and concerns Provide accurate information about products and services Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner Perform email support to address customer queries and follow-ups Promote products and services when appropriate to support sales and retention goals Maintain high-quality customer interactions aligned with company standards Document customer interactions and ensure proper case handling in the system At least 2 years of BPO/customer service experience Senior High School graduate or at least 2nd-year college level Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Proven stable work history (longer tenure in previous roles preferred) Experience in sales and retention is preferred Background in insurance and/or healthcare is an advantage Willing to work on shifting schedules Amenable to work onsite in Bridgetowne, Quezon City with the possibility of a Hybrid work arrangement upon regularization Competitive Salary Performance-Based Incentives Possible Hybrid Set-Up depending on performance Please note that this is contingent to the final company or account you'll be profiled to.
